Through a Vocational Assessment we will conduct vocational assessments to identify individuals' strengths, interests, skills, and support needs. These assessments help in determining suitable career paths and employment opportunities.

Job Placement Assistance

TICINJ assists individuals in finding and securing employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and career goals. This may involve job search assistance, resume writing, interview preparation, and networking support.

With career counseling we guide individuals with developmental disabilities explore various career options, industries, and job roles. Our counselors assist individuals understand their interests, set career goals, and develop a career plan.

Coordination with Community Resources
